pretty groovy, nice work!

are you asking how to view it on top of the video? if so, i'm not sure that's possible. with older versions of vlc, playing a video would be inside a box by default, rather than full screen, so "remote" skins like this were really handy. not so much if you use modern vlc.

This is sweeeet... However, I don't see any info (song info, time), only the 2 halves of the skin (grey & black portions).

I tried saving the fonts to my system but still no luck. BTW, I'm on ubuntu linux.
